Description:
The concept of e-governance for providing efficient services by administration has been practically implemented in this system. User can report to the administration by registering their complains through an on-line complaint center using internet as the media.. Complaint are sent to the concern departments giving a record copy to the 

commissioner and the auto generated complaint number is mailed back to the complainer. Tracking facility of the status of the complaint is also available on-line. User can search the status by complaint number, date of complaints etc. Almost over 200 complaints are processed through this system every day. Trend analysis facility has also been provided.The Ministry of Urban Affairs has awarded the "THE CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE" to Municipal Corporation Faridabad section of the portal among all Municipal corporation web sites in India
